Bud Dennis Lower died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. He was seventeen years old. Bud was a loving and beloved son to his parents, Bob and Theresa Lower. He was a doting and dedicated brother to his younger sisters Kelly and Lily. He is survived by an extended family that considered him a bright shining light in their life. His surviving family includes Grandparents Dennis and Freda Lower of Casper and Bud and Marion Kelly of Omaha and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Bud Lower was friendly and upbeat, kind and conscientious to every person he came across. He was a loyal, dedicated and passionately cared for his friends, who along with his family will feel his void for the rest of their lives. He was the Captain of the Natrona County High School golf team. He enjoyed working out, watersports at Alcova Lake and playing with his dogs. He was an avid Nebraska football fan. His energy around friends and family alike was infectious. Bud excelled in many advanced studies at school. He was a member of the National Honor Society and participated in the International Baccalaureate Program. He had a strong faith and was an active member of St. Anthony's church. He was a lover of music and playing his guitar. He was funny and loved to laugh. He touched so many of us so profoundly in so many ways. The Lower's and their friends and family will hold him in their hearts forever. The Rosary for Bud will be Tuesday at 7:00 p.m .at St. Anthony's.
