Brian Leighton Windham was born March 17, 1971, to Teddy and Mary Windham in Tupelo, Miss. He served in the U.S. Army's Special Forces, which included a deployment to Korea. He married Brandy Howell in 2007, and to the union were born Sarah, Brian, Jr., and Lily. In 2013 he married Robin Barrett, and with Robin welcomed into the family children William David, Elizabeth Ruth and Mark Jacob. The family made its home in Frannie, Wyo., until relocating to Robin's hometown of Casper in 2018. Brian was a brilliant welder and fabricator, and he could create virtually anything he set his mind to make. He was most recently employed by JB Machine & Manufacturing in Mills, Wyo. He was also known for his exceptional cooking, and his French fries were legendary. He also possessed a green thumb and his skills remain on display in the gardens of his family members. He was a wonderful father and a loving husband who, though he had a huge heart, was a complicated man. He is now at peace. Survivors include his wife and soul mate, Robin, the love of his life; his children, Sarah, Brian, Jr., Lily, David, Elizabeth and Mark, all of Casper; his parents; and sisters Tina (Al) Bernard of Lovell, Wyo.,
