Brian Burgess

Gods calling for a great mechanic after a 37 year battle with Cystic Fibrosis. On April 15, 2015 he answered that call, surrounded by his family. His courageous battle was lost. His passion to wrench and the love of the sport was praised by all that he knew. If it hit 4 gears and left the smell of rubber, he was first to the gate with his generous smile and loving heart. Brian and "Ole Blue" have gone to race in a better place. Brian had become an avid pool player and was a member of the APA. He is survived by his Father Peter Morris, Mother Cathy (Bill) Morris-Hossack, Sister Tera (Glen) Weir, a niece Natasha Weir, a nephew Glen Weir, Uncle Bill (Virginia) Hodgden, all of Casper. Also an Uncle John (Ricky) Hodgden or Enid, OK, aunt Patty Rice of Las Vegas, NV. Memorial Contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation may be made through Bustard's Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Mountain View Baptist Church at 2:00PM.
