Brendan Coleman passed away peacefully Nov 18, 2014 at the Wyoming Medical Center. Born on Sept 23, 1961 to Billy and Cleah Coleman, he attended grade school in Mills, Dean Morgan and graduated from Natrona County High School with the class of 1980. During these years he participated in the Boy Scouts, football, wrestling, boxing, and his favorite pass time was rodeo. Working in the Casper area after graduation, he eventually joined the Union Iron Workers Local 454 which many of his family had joined. He traveled all over the United States, seeing many sights from the front windshield at 80 miles per hour, to get to the next job. After years of declining health, he could no longer climb or walk on iron beams, he joined the Union of Operating Engineers. On Nov 1 1984 he committed to Roberta (Bertie) Tasler and her two sons Robby and Ryan. He took on the role of (The Old Man) and DAD. Together they would go camping, fishing, hunting, also attending race horses, and many outdoor activities. Brendan loved his family and friends dearly, and enjoyed his time spent with them. He was preceded in death by his parents Billy and Cleah Coleman. Also his grandparents, Evertte and Margaret Clark, Earl Coleman. He has lost many of his aunts and uncles and some of his best cousins, and as he called her, HIS LITTLE RED HEADED GIRL, JESI HOVIS! He is survived by Roberta (Bertie) Tasler, son Robby Tasler (Robbin) grand kids Kynzie, Kyler, Kolton, son, Ryan Tasler and grandkids, Mallory and Slatter. As for his request, he has been cremated and his ashes will be scattered where the family went elk hunting for many years. A celebration of his life will be held at the Mills Fire Hall at 401 Wasatch Ave. at 12:00-5:00pm on Saturday, November 22, 2014. A dinner will be served at 1:00 pm. All family and friends are invited. Cards may be sent to the family of Brendan Coleman, 4380 charmers St. Casper, WY 82604. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Asso. We love u very much Brendan, you will be missed tremendously. Your quick wit, laugh, practical jokes, gift of gab and most of all your stubbornness.
