The family would like you to join them in celebrating the life of Blanche Elnora Pippitt Monday May 13th at 2:00 pm at the Veterans Cemetery in Evansville WY. Followed by a reception for family and friends at 755 Reshaw Circle in Evansville, WY. Blanche passed away Wednesday May 8th 2013 in the presence of her loving husband and family members by her side. Blanche was born to James Ray Herod and Stella Elnora (Nora) Daum February 7th, 1922 in Greeley Co. Her siblings included Walter Ray, James Charles, Lillian Alice, andMichael George Herod. Blanche married Jack William Walker July 24th 1940 and had three children; Thomas William, Jack Richard, and James Edward Walker. In September of 1960 Blanche married her life long partner Paul Franklin Pippitt, they resided in Casper where Blanche worked as a secretary at Union Oil and Paul owned Pippitt's Paint Center. Blanche is survived by her husband Paul Pippitt, son Jack Richard (Dick) Walker, sisterLillian Decker, daughter in law Susan Walker all of Casper, WY. Granddaughters,Tamara Taylor (George) of Spearfish SD, Tracy McQuitty (Bob) of Evans CO. Jennifer Lang of Evansville, Angela Frechea (Rick) of Casper and Grandson Travis Walker (Jess) of Denver CO. Blanche had 8 great grand-children. Paul and Blanche also have several nieces and nephews and their families in Wyoming and Nevada. Blanche is preceded in death by her siblings Walter Ray, James Charles and Michael George Herod.herson's Thomas William and James Edward Walker. Visitation for Blanche will be held at Bustards Funeral home Sunday May 12th from 5 pmto 7 pm and Monday May 13th from 11 to noon. Donations can be made to the VFW and/or Hospice
