Billie Jean Watts, 83 passed away on January 1, 2014 in Casper. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the Faith Assembly Church. A visitation will be held at 3:00 PM prior to service. Interment will take place at Phoenix Memorial Park following services.
