Betty Louise Tinker, 82, passed away at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming on December 14, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday December 17, 2012 at Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints: Wolf Creek. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Relief Society Room. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
