Services for Mrs. Betty Joanne Neff will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, March 17, 2014, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Wolf Creek Stake Center with Bishop Dave Geddes conducting. Viewing will be at 10:00 AM, March 17, 2014 in the Relief Society Room at the church. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Casper. Mrs. Neff, 82, passed away March 11, 2014 at her home in Bonanza, Oregon.
