Betty Lou Linch, 82, peacefully went home to be with the Lord, January 1, 2020 at Mountain Plaza Assisted Living in Casper, Wyoming.
She was born May 20, 1937 Betty Lou Tidwell in Thermopolis, Wyoming , but was quickly adopted by Irvin L. and Zeala M. Sanders. The family moved to the Tri-Good camp in the Midwest, Wyoming area where she attended Midwest Schools.
Betty Lou married the love of her life, Ronald B. Linch on April 9, 1954, at the Presbyterian Church In Casper, Wyoming . They were blessed with five children, the last one born ten years to the day from the first!
She was a trooper as she unwaveringly followed Ronald as he moved the family numerous times, back and forth from the ranch at Linch, Wyoming across the country to school, the service, and other various adventures! She fully supported five children through all the years of school, cheerleading, horses, wrestling, rodeo and college.
She devoted her life to Ron and her children. She was immensely proud of them and leaves behind many cherished memories.
Betty Lou was a very accomplished and creative seamstress and could sew anything you wanted. She helped her granddaughter achieve many 4-H sewing awards. She also loved her career as a bus driver for the Natrona County School District. She loved the children and took great pride in her bus and her job.
Betty Lou is survived by her children, daughter JoAnn (Chuck) Marton , Ronda (Danny ) Morse, Son , Ronald Bruce(Valorie) Linch, Daughter Kathleen Linch, Son , Russell (Amy ) Linch, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
We are so so thankful for the wonderful staff at Mountain Plaza Assisted Living who loved and cared for our mother as family this past year.
Memorial Service to be held Tuesday Jan 7,2020 , viewing at 10:00, Service at 11:00 , in the Chapel at Restoration Church in Casper, Wyoming .
