Betty "Black Betty" Jean Burris Miller On the morning of May 2, 2015, Black Betty passed away at Central Wyoming Hospice in Casper, WY after a long battle with cancer. Black Betty was 10 days shy of her 69th birthday. Betty Burris Miller was born outside the city limits of Waynesboro in Burke County, Georgia on May 11, 1946. She was the eleventh child of Florie Bell Williams. Betty moved to Miami, FL as a teen. She moved to Wyoming in early 70s with her husband and three children. Betty loved to have fun, to tease and joke around, to watch Soap Operas and professional wrestling, cooking, to dance and fish, and spending time with her family. She loved her teacup Pomeranian, Precious, and Lhas Apso, Sweetie as her own children. Betty is survived by sisters, Mae Anna Williams, Ft. Pierce, FL and Daisy Williams, Miami, FL; her children, Lola (Leonard) Hoffman, Plant City, FL; Tavis Williams, Rapid City, SD; Shawn (Maryna) O'Malley, Orlando, FL; Heather O'Malley, Casper, WY; her grandchildren, Royal (Sarah) Williams, Nora Wurtz, Carissa O'Malley, Cory O'Malley, Kaitlyn O'Malley, Desiree O'Malley, Zari Bynum, Cameron O'Malley, Adrian O'Malley, Devon O'Malley, Madison O'Malley, Audrey O'Malley, Emma O'Malley, Jacob O'Malley and Payton O'Malley; step-grandchildren, Jacob Hoffman, Jennifer Hoffman, Danisha Bynum and Xavier Bynum; great-grandchildren, Brielle, Daphnie, Jakeson, Ania, Malaya and Prince. She was preceded in death by her mother, Florie Bell Ellison; brother, Joe Williams; sister Ollie Mae "Stell" Williams; brother, Perry Williams; and sister, Bell Kathleen Perez.
