Barry G. Erben of Casper, WY passed away unexpectedly August 1, 2014. He was born in Billings, MT and moved to Casper, WY at the age of 14. He was the son of Delores (Barto) Hart and William (Bill) Erben. He is survived by his wife and soul mate Pamela Erben who loves him very much, his two daughters Brandi (Jeff) Zaccardi, Wendie (Pedro) Mendoza, his step-son Nathan Faulkner, brothers Frosty (Suzann) Erben and Mike (Kay) Erben, Uncle Erle (Charlee) Barto and numerous other family members. Barry attended Kelly Walsh High School and served his country as a member of the United States Army from 1971-1973 where he earned a National Defense Service Medal and an Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for time stationed in Korea. Barry loved fishing, hunting in the Rocky Mountains with his Uncle Erle, watching NASCAR in his man cave, playing the lottery, and most of all spending time with his beloved wife, Pammie. He was a master electrician/HVAC technician, worked for Rocky Mountain Sheet Metal, and served the school system for over 20 years while employed at Natrona County School District. He was service hearted and helped anybody who needed it. He was a wonderful husband and father and will be missed tremendously. Family and friends are welcome to join us Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 2260 W. 43rd St., Casper from 3-7pm to celebrate Barry's life. Refreshments will be served. Cremation has taken place, and interment of ashes will be a private family service.
