Barbara Rickert

Barbara Ann Rickert, 72, passed away on April 6, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming. She was born on June 1, 1945 in Foud du Lac, Wisconsin. On December 18, 1965 Barbara married John A. Rickert her husband of 53 years. In 1977 they moved to Casper, Wyoming. Barbara was employed at Casper Events Center Box office for years. Barbara enjoyed reading, gardening, traveling, movies, music, art and crafts. Most of all she enjoyed her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband; sons, John R. Rickert and Peter A. Rickert (Lindsay) both of Casper, Wyoming; grandsons, Alex of Tokyo, Japan; Andy of Casper; granddaughters, Danielle and Alex; grandson, Nathan; and many nieces and nephews. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Dorothy Miller; brother, Richard Miller; sister, Amy Kunde all of Foud du Lac, Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Bustard's Funeral Home in Casper with Rev. Bob McNamara officiating.
