Memorial services for Casper resident Barbara Kay (Harris) Haverlock, 81, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 21, in the chapel of Oregon Trail State Veterans' Cemetery in Evansville, by Pastor Tim Adams. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Bustard's Funeral Home and Crematory. She died peacefully at home on July 15, 2017. Born September 21, 1935, in Loveland, Colorado, she was the daughter of Donald and Florence (Yocum) Harris; and was raised and educated in Thermopolis, where she graduated in 1953. On Dec. 24, 1953 she married her high school sweetheart, Andrew Haverlock. In 1956 they moved to Casper where they shared life together for 51 years until Andrew's passing in 2005. She was employed for 23 years in the health care industry as a receptionist, billing and insurance clerk as well as an office manager. Her family was her greatest joy. She was devoted to her husband, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Don Haverlock (Tammy), Brenda McGlothlin (Terry), Brad Haverlock (Wendy); two grandchildren, Dustin Haverlock (Becky), Danielle Duckworth (Wesley); two great-grandchildren Cindy Gillis (Dustin), Brandon; two great-great-grandchildren Emily Gillis and Ethan Gillis; many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law Lois Haverlock. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother Kent Harris. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Wyoming Hospice Program, 319 S.
