Azure Theisen

Azure Lea Theisen, 41, a long-time resident of the Casper area, died Sunday the 16th of April at Wyoming Medical Center. She was a resident of NOWCAP Services for 20 years. She was born on April 5, 1976 to Shauna Lea (Evans) Theisen and Roy F. Dittler in Casper, WY. In 1977, she was adopted by Andrew C. Theisen. Azure came to live with Christina (Hill) Nelson and Jerry Hill and their family in 1993; there she was loved like family. Azure enjoyed movies, music, church, food and family. She always had a smile on her face, was full of mischievous fun, and squealed with delight whilst clapping along with music at church and concerts. She will be greatly missed by her NOWCAP family and her family: Theisens, Dittlers, Hills, Nelsons, and Davis'. Azure is survived by her father, Roy F. Dittler of Great Falls, MT, co-guardian and "mom" Kristee Nelson of Casper, WY; sisters Tara M. (Daniel) Sirvent of Costa Mesa, CA, and Gretchen Dittler of Great Falls, MT; brothers Corey A. Theisen of Casper, WY and Roy F. Dittler, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; Emalee (Brian) Chavez of Carlsbad, NM; Amber (Andy) St. John of Glendale, AZ; Rebecca Hill and Megan Hill, both of Casper, WY. Azure's many nieces and nephews will also miss her greatly: Gabriel, Jasmine, Jericho and Kelilah Sirvent; Keylee Hill; Stephani, Madison and Fisher Chavez; Jackson and Lincoln St. John; Chloe and Sophie Dittler; and Teresa Dittler. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Shauna Lea (Evans) Theisen of Casper, WY and Andrew C. Theisen of Blackduck, MN; her grandmothers, Laura Caroline (Lea) Evans of Springfield, OR and Alice V. (Grundmeier) Theisen of Blackduck, MN; and her grandfather, Donald H. Evans of Rock Springs, WY.
