Arthur Krasovetz

Services for Arthur Frank Krasovetz will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church with Rev. Lynn Williamson officiating. Viewing will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Bustard's Funeral Home. Military honors will be accorded by the Natrona County United Veterans Council and the Wyoming Army National Guard. Interment will be at Oregon Trail Veterans Cemetery, Evansville, Wyoming. Mr. Krasovetz, 88, passed away March 10, 2012 in Casper, Wyoming. He was born August 28, 1923 in Aurora, Minnesota. He graduated in 1940 from high school in Aurora, MN. He worked as a Field Supervisor for the Employment Security Commission. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He married Joyce January 20, 1981 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He enjoyed hunting fishing, golf, music, writing and bird watching. He was a member of the VFW and the Elks Lodge. Mr. Krasovetz is survived by his wife, Joyce of Casper, son Steve Krasovetz of Showlow, AZ, daughter Janice (Krasovetz) Compton of Casper, daughter Joetta (Krasovetz) Orr of Fallon, NV, son Gary Krasovetz of West Palm Beach, FL, daughter, Jeanne (Krasovetz) Willcut of Mesquite, Texas and son, Dale Krasovetz of Seattle, WA, step children, Shirley Fay of Casper, Scott Boulware of Oswego IL, 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to a charity of the donor's choice.
