Arnetta Baugh

Arnetta Rackham Baugh was born at Teton City, Idaho to Claudious Ray and Bessie McKinlay Rackham on Saturday, November 18th, 1933, the middle of three children. She attended schools in Pocatello and graduated from Pocatello High School. On August 8th, 1953 she married her high school sweetheart in Pocatello. The couple lived and raised their family in Pocatello, Blackfoot, and Shelley, Idaho moving to Paradise Valley, Casper, Wyoming in 1976. When not at home with her children, she worked in the banking industry as well as at Whitlock Trucking. She enjoyed scrapbooking, writing, and camping. She was active in Casper's writers group. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in the Women's Relief Society. She had a passion for genealogy. Arnetta, 80, quietly passed away in her sleep on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home in Casper, Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; her parents; older brother, James Ray Rackham; and a grandson, Michael Baugh. She is survived by her younger sister, Sharron (Garrry) Rackham Davis; three sons Richard Darrell (Anita) Jr., J. Steven (Ben), Bret Duane (Gayle), a daughter, Trina Diane McClain, fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Memorial Service and Interment are planned for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 at Teton-Newdale Cemetery, Teton, Idaho with Bishop Carter officiating. A reception will follow immediately at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 44 West Main Street, Teton, Idaho. Memorial contributions in Arnetta's honor to Central Wyoming Hospice would be deeply appreciated by her family.
