Ann Gehrken

Ann Doris Gehrken (Schleicher), 76, of Casper, Wyoming passed away on January 26, 2022 in Casper, Wyoming.

Ann was born in New Britain, Connecticut to Andrew and Doris Schleicher on May 14, 1945. She went to high school at New Britain High School. Ann married Anton “Tony” Czellecz in 1965. Together they had 3 sons Tony, and twins Andy & Wally. They later divorced. In 1985 she married Dave Gehrken. She worked at Tops Department Store in Berlin, CT and Coast to Coast in Casper, the Hideaway Bar and the Bayou Bar in Mills. She enjoyed darts, watching football, traveling to car shows, Saturday lunches with her girlfriends & fishing at Black Beach at Alcova reservoir. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankee fan.

Ann is survived by her twin sons Andrew (Candace) Czellecz, Walter (Chimene) Czellecz, grandchildren Joseph Czellecz, Tanner (Shaylee) Czellecz, Grace (Dylan) Heide all of Casper & Madison Czellecz, of Rock Springs, Wy, great grandchildren Kelton and Everlee. Partner Ernie Gray also of Casper, Wy. Siblings Walt (Marion) Schleicher and Alice (Timothy) Barrows. Aunty Ehthel “Jo” Zanetti, nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dave Gehrken, parents Andrew & Doris, son Tony Czellecz and brothers Ron & Charlie Schleicher.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday February 5th 1:00-3:00 pm at the 19th Hole Restaurant, 2120 Allendale, Casper, Wy
