Allen Kapust

Memorial services for Allen Kapust will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Bustard's Funeral Home, followed by a gathering at the Casper Elks Lodge. Condolences may be sent to 430 West Kansas, Spearfish, SD 57783. In lieu of flowers, a memorial trust fund for his granddaughters has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank, Allen G. Kapust Memorial Fund. Cremation has been held under the direction of Bustard's. Allen Kapust, 55, of Casper, WY and Spearfish, SD died at home on May 24, 2010. He was born February 5, 1955 in Boston, MA to Albert and Arlyne Kapust. In 1977, he came to the Black Hills to work for the Forest Service. It was there that he met and married his wife, Vicki. Allen spent the last 20 years as an educator with Natrona County School District. Allen was a gentle and nurturing soul who was loved by everyone who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Vicki, sons, Seth and Matthew (Thereasa), three granddaughters, the lights of his life, Anna, Kaelei and Samantha; mother, Arlyne, two sisters, Lisa (Dave) Rivers and Mary (Tim) Crim, three brothers, Michael (Kelly), Peter (Tammy), and Patrick (Edna) and numerous nieces and nephews.
