Elizabeth B. (Betty) Coy, 95, passed away December 31, 2012 at Life Care Center of Casper. A memorial service will be held in early March. In lieu of flowers, Betty requested donations to Meals on Wheels, 1760 East 12th Street, Casper, WY 82601. Cremation has been held.
